Shining a light on the positive outcomes, gives us the motivation to be our best. Everyone has darker times, and we've had our fair share - but without the determination to see a way through, to use this to drive us on, Joan would not exist.

We're a curious bunch of upstarts, always wanting to move things on, change things for the better and find a clear route through even the hardest terrain. We'll never stop learning and trying new things - our dogged determination keeps Joan at the top of our game.
